About this Site:
As a pastor to children and youth in a Reformed Church, let me tell you just how hard it is to find good materials to recommend to parents and families. We don't want to slight the work of our brothers and sisters in the broad world of evangelical Christianity, but because we have distinct convictions and a Reformed world and life view, it is frustrating to find materials that are written toward that end.
Though we do not have large publishing houses churning out products for Reformed families, we do have smaller publishing houses that develop some solid materials. Their web presence is already strong. However, with the advent of the internet, publishing on demand and music downloads, many of our talented, brothers and sisters in the Reformed faith are beginning to share their gifts by creating tools for parents and churches alike. The problem? Many of these people do not have an advertising budget. They are people who are often working a primary job and serving Christ by developing materials on the side. that is why I have started this re-launched this site.
Originally, I started this site to advertise my own contributions in the arena of Reformed tools for kids. I've come to the conclusion, however, that the wheel needs not be reinvented. Instead, I'd rather highlight the works of other Reformed Christians in the area of training up young children and teens. On this site you will find links as well as commentary on certain products for children and youth that will assist you as a parent or as a church in raising your children in the Reformed Faith. Some of the links are to the major Reformed Publishing Houses and others are to individuals who have products that they are attempting to share with the world. Whichever the case, I hope to make it much easier for you to find this materials by placing them on this site.
